Quiet Plans For Spring Break This Year By Mary Jordy

Upon seeking out a few students on campus, who would divulge in me with their plans for spring break, I came upon three individuals with relaxing plans for the small break. I did not have to travel very far to reach these individuals but discovered all of them on the path leading up to the CCIT building.

The first individual I interviewed, identified herself as Sarah Coats, a Junior at Frostburg, that when asked upon her plans, commented simply, " I just want to drink and have fun with friends."

The two other individuals I interviewed, appeared to be boyfriend and girlfriend and were seen holding hands. The girl, known as Brittany Giles, pointed to the guy beside her and said simply, " Probably just chillax with this guy."

The guy, Picard Johnson, a Senior,  commented sheepishly, that he needed to " catch up on work." He laughed after he said it and turned to the girl beside him.

In these short interviews I conducted, it became obvious to me that the students are interested in having a nice, relaxing and fun filled week. The warm weather certainly had a part to play in their cheerful spirits as well. It is easy to see that Frostburg students are excited about what might unfold for them in the coming week.
