YouTube’s CEO says Logan Paul doesn’t deserve to be kicked off the platform

Logan Paul's videos he posted where he features a suicide victim in Japan and tasering dead rats shocked the internet, but YouTube CEO Wojcicki identifies Logan Paul hasn't violated their "three strikes policy".
