Oz and his Art of being Selfless

Oz is a Junior at Frostburg State University coming from Howard Community College. Oz has one blood brother that is 2 years older than him. He is a very quirky type of person, but tends to keep things to himself . Coming to Frostburg was quite an easy decision for Oz. He was looking to become more independent as a person and, "Frostburg was the farthest from home but still in the states." He felt it was time to do things on his own especially when going into his Junior year. Oz has a very comfortable look to him. He dresses very casually with a t shirt and jeans and wears glasses.   

Along with playing chess, beat-boxing and playing video games as his hobbies, Oz also meditates. He spends countless time thinking deeply and focusing on his mind.  He explained that, "if you want to understand your mind, sit down and listen to it". Meditating is not for everyone, he explained. Your mind has to be trained a certain way for you to fully relax and really take time to slow down your thinking.  He spends too much of his time overthinking and says, "I tend to think too much and not do which needs to change". Oz also takes cold showers at times. He says, "it takes some getting used to but it much better for your body and mind in the end". Oz is not a confrontational person at all and is seen as a very chill and calm guy you can talk to. Even when describing his favorite season of the year he explained, "I like Spring because of the weather but also the transition between Winter and Spring because of the colors". Oz is mastering the art of being selfless.
