Where will Chelsea go next?
By Phil Wheeler, ENGL 336
Chelsea Alexandra Parrinello is a 23-year-old student at Frostburg State University. Her major is Liberal Arts with a minor in Marketing. She said that she would love to work for the marketing branch of a professional sport’s team, like the Baltimore Ravens or maybe even a professional volleyball team since she used to play at FSU. Her hobbies include working out, volleyball, listening to music, and occasional shopping. She is very picky when it comes to food, especially with eggs and cheese, which she said are nasty because of the texture and smell. Considering this, she mainly sticks to “chicken and vegetables because it's cheap and healthy.” One cool fact about her is that her name has exactly 26 letters just like the alphabet. She currently lives on a farm when not living on campus, and she loves animals, especially dogs. However, she just so happens to hate horses, despite living on a farm. Her favorite music artists include J. Cole, Wale, and Brice Vine. She also likes country music, but said that she must be in a “summertime mood to listen to it.”
Because her father was in the army, Chelsea and her family moved around a lot. It all started in Kentucky where she was born on June 23rd, 1994. From there, her family moved to Arizona, California, Kansas, Washington, Michigan, and Maryland. She even also lived in South Korea. She said that “a lot of people always asked how hard it was to move around so much, but I was used to it because we never stayed in one place for too long.” She also said that “moving around so much seemed like a lot at the time, but now that I have been in Maryland for a couple of years, it’s weird to not be moving around or going somewhere else.” She mentioned that her favorite place to live was California because “the weather was nice, and the vibe there is always upbeat and positive.” She said that she wants to travel to as many new places as possible, especially Australia because she has always dreamed of traveling to different continents with exotic animals.
